Our school is located in the lap of nature close to Santiniketan, abode of the Noble Laureate, Kabiguru Rabindra Nath Tagore. The school provides modern amenities to the students and has a strong support of infrastructural facilities such as well equipped library, computer lab, science labs, audio visual room , play grounds, swimming pool, canteen and so on. Along with a strong foundation in academics, students are nurtured in the field of co curricular activities e.g. music, dance, yoga, sports, swimming, art and craft as well as in the field of co scholastic activities such as quiz, debate, elocution, extempore, photography, journalism etc. Every TIGPian is imparted with the knowledge of ‘value based education’. ‘Analytical Study’ and ‘Critical Thinking’ are also the areas which are emphasized upon. Visiting old age homes, orphanage, distributing blankets, educational aids among the nearby villagers are common projects that our students take up every year.
